CHINESE FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS
- 6 cups cooked rice (long grain rice)
- 3 bacon strips
- 1 egg
- 1 carrot
- 4 green onions
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 100g shrimp
- 1 cup cooked green peas
- 2 Tbsp peanut oil or cooking oil
- Salt and pepper
METHOD
- Finely dice bacon, fry until crisp, drain.
- Beat egg with fork, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the small oil in a frying pan.
- Pour egg mixture to make a omelet.
- Remove omelet from pan, slice into thin strips.
- Cut green onions, carrots, and shrimp into small pieces.
- Heat large pan in a heat add oil and sautginger for about 10 seconds.
- Add green onion, bacon, carrots, and shrimp, sautfor about 1 minute.
- Then add cooked rice, egg stripes, green peas, salt and pepper.
- Mix lightly. When completely heated, add soy sauceMix well.
